Error: Incorrect password
- Double-check Caps Lock and keyboard layout.
- Use the official "Reset Password" flow from kucoin.com/account/reset to reset via registered email/phone.
Error: 2FA code invalid
- Ensure your device clock is synced (Google Authenticator codes depend on time).
- If you changed device, use your backed-up 2FA secret or recovery codes.
Error: Captcha or network blocked
- Disable VPN or try a different network; some IPs trigger extra verification.
- Clear cookies or try private/incognito mode.
When to contact KuCoin support
If none of the steps work, contact KuCoin support through their official support center (provide transaction IDs, timestamps, and account email for verification). Avoid sharing passwords or 2FA codes with anyone — support will never ask for them.
